Replaced wave-parallel scheduling with continuous topological execution, cutting a 204-package monorepo build from 6:46 to 4:43 and increasing sustained parallelism by 32%.

- Reduced an affected build critical path from about 40 minutes to 2 minutes.
- Work across BuildXL scheduling, distributed execution, runner pools, Codespaces, observability, cache analysis, and flaky-test mitigation.
- Lead a cloud execution platform for AI coding agents handling about 2,000 runs per day.
